Decent base for exploring Kiel. Fairly clean place with super-friendly staff and COOL view of the bay. Big and absolutely perfect room with coffee and a kettle. Great and brilliant location minutes from a train station.

The hotel has very nice rooms and a delicious breakfast. We faced some challenges with customer service. The reception could provide information directly instead of sending us to find others. Be mindful of the drink coupon restrictions. Great walking distance to the train station!

I had a great 2-night stay with my group, enjoying the charming room's view of the harbor and the fantastic atmosphere in the lobby. Breakfast was good, but the parking was pricey.

It really detracted from the simplicity I expect in a hotel. While there were lots of positives, these issues definitely impacted my stay.
